Mimaki Kebab HS

“Kebab” is an optional (additive function) system for the “UJF” series of flatbed UV printers. In addition to printing on flat surfaces with the printer alone, this system enables 360 deg printing on the sides of cylindrical materials such as bottles and tumblers.

The “Kebab HS” has achieved max. 3 times the productivity of the current “Kebab MkII Series” and is also compatible with tapered materials such as glasses and cups, expanding the range of order-made goods that can be directly printed with a UV printer.

Kebab HS can print on objects with 50 to 100 mm (2.0 to 3.9 in) diameter & 30 to 300 mm (1.2 to 11.8 in) long*. It also supports tapered objects with gradient angles from 0 to 7.5°, expanding the range of your products.

When printing on tapered materials, the print area compresses as you print from the large to smaller diameter, which can also compress your print. RasterLinkTools’ Kebab tapered shape function allows you to easily correct for the image warp to keep your designs and logos in their original shape.
