The “UJV300DTF-75” is a UV-DTF printer that can be used with confidence, inheriting the high image quality and stable functions of our “UCJV300 series” UV inkjet printers, which continue to gain a high reputation in the market.
“UJV300DTF-75” is a Mimaki’s first UV-DTF (UV curable – Direct To Film) printer.
UV-DTF is a decoration method in which a design printed on a special film is transferred to the target material. It can easily decorate the surface of materials with uneven or curved surfaces, which has been difficult with conventional UV printing.
UV-DTF’s exclusive film consists of two parts: a glued film and a transfer sheet.
UV-DTF requires no shavings removal manually and allows confirmation of printed content before transfer, which significantly improves production efficiency and waste rates.

UV-DTF, opens the new market
UV-DTF is a technology that allows UV printing on a special glued film and transferring it as is like a sticker. Designs can be easily applied to uneven materials and items with unique shapes, which have been difficult with conventional printing methods.
Since only the design printed on the film is transferred to the object, UV-DTF requires no shavings removal manually as with sticker sheets, which also improves production efficiency.
This is Mimaki’s new proposal to customers who want to print but have been unable to do so, and to open up a new market.

Uniquely developed pinch roller exclusively for UV-DTF film realizes stable feeding. This feeding technology enables handling of glued film surfaces.

Automatically winds up UV-DTF film release paper at the back of the machine.
The release paper is wound precisely at the machine’s transport speed, ensuring stable printing.
Newly developed environmentally friendly next-generation UV ink
UJV300DTF-75 is equipped with our newly developed UV ink. This ink is a next-generation ink that is safe and does not contain substances that are expected to be restricted under the European SVHC regulation*1 and have also obtained GREENGUARD Gold certification*2.
*1. REACH regulation governing substances of concern, especially those that may have a significant impact on human health or the environment.
*2. GREENGUARD GOLD certification is one of the environmental certification systems operated by UL (Underwriters Laboratories) in the U.S. and is given to products with low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions.
